  • Ann Madison

    Executive Director
    PSY. BS, CCISM, CLC

    Ann Madison, founder and director of Peace Restored, holds multiple certifications in trauma care, Christian counseling, crisis response, and suicide intervention, in addition to her B.S. degrees in Psychology. Her unwavering dedication is to provide hope and healing to women in need.

  • Renee Roberts

    Assistant Director
    LMFT

    Renee has a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy from Indiana Wesleyan University. She is a clinical member of the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapy. She is also trained in emotionally focused therapy. Renee is an AAMFT-approved supervisor.

    Client Liaison
    MHC

    Taylor Carnes, the Client Liaison at Peace Restored, brings expertise in biblical counseling and psychology, as well as certifications in Crisis Care during Traumatic Grief and Crisis Response Care. With a passion for guiding women through life's challenges, she strives to bring them closer to Christ.

  • Grace Houvener

    Event Coordinator

    Grace serves as the Event Coordinator at Peace Restored, actively contributing to the organization's growth and mission. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, exploring new experiences, and pursuing her passion for photography in collaboration with her husband.

  • Rita Bowman

    Pastoral Counselor
    MHC, CLC

    Rita holds a Master's degree in Pastoral Counseling with extensive training in trauma and crisis intervention. She brings a wealth of experience as a certified Mental Health CIT-Y first responder, CMHC-C101, Suicide PAIR certified, and a court-approved mediator.

  • Norma Chitwood

    LMHC, CLC

    Norma brings such a wealth of experience to her work with clients, which in large part, is due to the wisdom of her nearly two decades in the counseling field and her travels throughout life.

    Mental Health Coach
    MA, MCLC, MHC

    Francey has been helping women rebound from adversity for nearly 20 years. A Master Christian Life Coach with graduate degrees in pastoral ministry and trauma counseling, she specializes in helping survivors move from the shadows of their experiences into the sunshine of recovery and resilience.

  • Mandi Grant

    Peer Recovery Coach

    Mandi took all of her training through the Mental Health Association Of America. Her mission is to provide care in all recovery paths, and offer support and guidance in any way she can.

  • Katherine Foster

    Executive Assistant

    Katherine is the Executive Assistant at Peace Restored. She feels blessed to serve the organization in providing hope and healing to women in need. In her free time, she loves spending time with her family, with her faith-based community of women, and traveling.

  • Chloe Raleigh

    Counseling Intern

    Chloe is pursuing a master's degree in Mental Health Counseling and Art Therapy at the University of Indianapolis, leveraging her background in healthcare and creative approach to help individuals achieve their goals.

  • Tracy Carlstrom

    Counseling Intern

    Tracy maintains a Bachelor of Science in Nursing while completing her Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Concordia University Irvine with the Townsend Institute. Her heart beats tenderness and God’s grace for women in the hard places and/or when things just do not fit.

  • Addison Willis

    Graduate Counseling Intern

    Addison has a Bachelor of Science in Psychological Sciences from Purdue University. She is currently attending the University of Indianapolis and working towards her master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling. Addison previously served as an educational ambassador for the Center for Advocacy, Response and Education during her time at Purdue University.

  • Berkley Ramsey

    Board Chair

    Berkley serves as a senior government affairs associate with Dant Advocacy in Indianapolis, with a background in international relations and political science. Beyond his professional commitments, Berkley enjoys golf, supporting his favorite soccer team, Manchester United, and spending time with his family in Valparaiso, while sharing his home in downtown Indianapolis with his loyal companion, Jax the German Shepherd.

  • Christopher Mitchem

    Board Vice-Chair & Treasurer

    Chris is an Indiana University School of Liberal Arts graduate with a bachelor's degree in journalism and public relations and a forthcoming J.D. candidate at the Indiana University McKinney School of Law. He is an active member of Castleton Christian Church, involved in the Worship Arts team and youth leadership, and is passionate about sports, family, and volunteering to support vulnerable populations.

    Jenny has a diverse background shaped by her international experiences in the United Kingdom, coupled with a career devoted to serving others in various fields. Her heartfelt commitment to serving and giving back to the community drives her role on the board, with a deep hope to witness women find healing and restoration.

  • Kate Erickson

    Board Member

    Compassionate, caring ministry and social service professional with 40 years of experience dedicated to working with women and families in crisis helping them resolve issues in a positive and healthy way. In retirement I volunteer with non-profit programs as well as serve as group leader for Bible Study Fellowship. I enjoy traveling with my husband and family, outdoor activities, and spending time with my two granddaughters.

  • Melissa Phillips

    Board Member

    Melissa has many years of experience in the Banking industry, as well as serving on several committees involved with giving back to the local community. Her passion is helping others. She loves spending time with family, friends and the family animals. Melissa is active in her church and enjoys going camping and hiking in her spare time.
