As a human in the room with another human, I feel your hurt, sorrow, frustration, confusion and pain. My goal is to help you navigate through the heartache with different therapeutic techniques and the Ultimate Healer, Jesus. Having been to therapy myself, I understand the uneasiness it comes with when you first walk in to tell someone some of your darkest secrets, memories, and feelings. Drawing from my own spiritual journey and professional training, I will create a space for you to feel comfortable as my therapeutic approach is rooted in empathy, understanding, compassion, and non-judgmental listening. I believe everyone has the capacity to change, heal, and grow and I hope to be a part of your journey.
